Wonder Washer Compact Washing Machine
The Wonder Washer is most likely the low end of this product category. While it certainly is inexpensive, small
and portable, it may not suit all of your needs. Use is as simple as it could be:
- Put in your laundry ( be careful not to overfill, about 3 T-shirts or a weeks worth of socks is the
limit.)
- Add soap and hot ( or cold) water
- Close the lid
- Turn it on
- When it is done, pour out the dirty water (there are special drain holes in the lid for this.)
Sounds as simple as it could be, right? The user reviews I have seen have been mixed, although mostly positive.
Those that don't seem to happy pretty much fall into two categories:
- They think the unit is too flimsy
- They want it to be something it is not

As to the first criticism - hey, you get what you pay for. Also, making it more sturdy would most likely
mean making it heavier as well.
The second bunch seem to want this little compact washing machine to be something more
than it is supposed to be. All it is is a small countertop unit, for doing a few pairs of socks and a shirt while
on vacation, or in a dorm, right? It is impoertant to buy a washer for what it actually is, and not for what you
wish it was. If you are looking for something with more oomph, and a larger capacity, then that is what you should
buy. Pluses for this little machine:
- Light and small - easy to take on trips
- You can stash it under the sink when you are not using it
- No plumbing required - just pour the dirty water down the sink
- Skip the trip to the Laundromat or the "wash center" in your RV park
- Did I say it was cheap?
The Wonder Washer comes out of the box pretty much ready to rock, and includes the machine itself, the cover and
an instruction manual.
Would I buy it? Yep - if it is what I actually needed. i would not get this unit thinking it could act as a
primary method of washing my clothes. I realize that I need a larger machine for that, and I would get one.
